Privacy Policy

This site shows short pages about clinical research studies, linked from text messages sent by RxTra Clinical. It is run by Risen Results, LLC ("we", "us"), 2875 S Ocean Blvd, Ste. 200-57, Palm Beach, FL 33480.

Each page describes a study and has one button that takes you to that study's own page. We are not a medical provider and do not run the studies.

When you open the link in a text, load a study page, tap its button, and arrive at the study's page, we record each of those steps separately. Each record keeps the time, the page, the tracking codes that were in the link (for example campaign and source codes), and the type of browser and device you used. These records do not hold your name, phone number or IP address.

If the link carried advertising or campaign codes, we also record that visit for attribution, including your IP address, and set a first-party cookie (rr_vid) that lasts up to 180 days. It lets us tell which message or campaign brought you, not who you are.

This site has no forms. We do not ask for your name, contact details or health information here.

Each study page loads a small image from the text-message platform that sent you the link, so that platform can count that the message was opened. Like any web request, it receives your IP address and browser type.

When you tap the button, the tracking codes from your link are passed on to the study's page, so the study team can see which campaign you came from. That page is run by someone else and has its own privacy policy. Read it before you give it any information.

We do not sell the records described here.

We keep these records for as long as we need them to measure and report on our text-message campaigns, and delete them when they are no longer needed for that.
